Let's Get Foon-ky S/S23 Collection

"Let's Get Foon-ky" is a design collection made for my foundation fashion design class. It was inspired by the artist, Walter Batiss's, fictional nation by the name of "Fook Island", interpreted as a showcase of the clothing worn by "Fookians" or the natives of the island. I chose this concept because I really liked the weird and funky animals and elements he added to this fake world; it really felt as if it was a real place! The collection employs bright colors and exaggerated silhouettes to create a playful and fantastical vibe that mirrors that of Fook Island.
